    angina, acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and myocardial infarction (heart attack).
  • Implementation of evidence-based therapies, lifestyle modifications, and risk
    factor reduction strategies to prevent and manage CAD complications.

5. Hypertension Management:

  • Assessment and treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), a major risk
